Netflix’s ‘Selling Sunset’ Season 6 If You Ask Mary Fitzgerald

The fifth season of Netflix sell sunset is officially out, and as soon as you’re done watching over the weekend, we guarantee you’ll want more new episodes. While renewal details have yet to be confirmed… earlier this week, we spoke with none other than Mary Fitzgerald, who told us how she wants the future of the show to unfold.

“I wish it became more real estate,” she said Beautiful house. “I know everyone loves drama, but I feel like it takes away from what a lot of us girls have been doing this for, which is empowering women and showing that you can do it all by supporting each other.”

She went on to say that positivity is really what drives her. “You don’t have to tear each other apart like social media hate…you can be friends and be happy for those who are okay,” Fitzgerald said. “You don’t have to be jealous or hateful. I wish that message would get through more and I think after watching season five… for the most part you’ll see almost all of us doing this. I mean he there are always exceptions, but overall I would like to see more.”

Group dynamics aside, another avenue she hopes the series explores more is “real estate detail.” She pointed out that this is universal information that many viewers can benefit from. “We should dig deeper into what makes a property a good property, like what’s a good investment and what you need to stay away from,” the star real estate agent continued. “That would really apply to most people no matter where you live. Everyone needs to do their due diligence when buying a property. I don’t think we’ve really touched on that kind of things and I think it would be educational for people if we did.”

That said, we asked him to quickly break down when it’s worth going for a purchase. “Being in a booming neighborhood where you can get something at a lower price and focusing on a place where the market is growing will be a good investment,” she shared. “Also, I always say leverage. Even if you don’t have the money to pay cash for a house…if the interest rates are good, get a loan and use it as leverage, because you can then use that property to buy another and start adding to your portfolio.”

Want to know more directly about the expert? Thanks to the Cameo video platform, it is possible. That’s right, the star is connecting with her fans through personalized videos. “At the time, it was never something that existed, so you never had the opportunity as a fan to be able to reach out to someone you looked up to,” he said. she mentioned. “It opens the door to that and I can get involved and see what my fans want to hear and what’s happening in their lives.”

Besides the digital world, Fitzgerald also plans to reunite his cast for a group trip ahead of future filming. “We hope to take another trip to Europe,” she revealed. “Either when we start shooting again or between shoots, much like last year when we went to Greece. We actually went to Italy, Greece and London. This year I think we might change a bit and go to different countries, but we’re all going to go together.”

All in all, we couldn’t be more excited for what’s to come, so keep checking here for updates!
