Black Adam Updates: Dwayne Johnson offers a set video of Black Adam marking the end of filming. The upcoming DCEU film will join Johnson with Jungle Cruise filmmaker Jaume Collet-Serra and focus on his eponymous antihero previously identified as Teth-Adam, a Kahndaq slave who is given superpowers by the old wizard Shazam.
After berating his newly acquired powers, Adam uses various happinesses in prison and continues to display superhero Shazam’s nemesis.
With so few design features to serve, it’s unclear how much of that mythology the movie will fit. Given the character’s connection to Shazam, he essentially prepared to debut in the 2019 DCEU film Shazam !, but that idea was rejected in favor of a solo agency for Johnson, who is currently one of the biggest box office rankings currently in business.
Black Adam production details
The film has gathered a good group around it with Pierce Brosnan, Aldis Hodge, Noah Centineo, and Quintessa Swindell, all of whom are part of the Justice Society of America, although it’s unclear whether people will act as partners or opponents for the right role.
Johnson received a different video a week before declaring that Black Adam had started his final week of production, and right on record, the DCEU roster has currently covered the set. Black Adam certainly had a long and hard road up to this time as he used up years stuck in the hell of growing up.
Once permanently available to start production, the COVID-19 pandemic latched onto creating countless shutdowns. The time for the announcement of Black Adam has been pushed back several times. At one point it was scheduled to debut this year, but WB decided on a summer 2022 premiere.
Once Black Adam started filming, however, he suffered no further obstacles, a smashing success amid the still-ongoing global pandemic.
